Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 74 reviews.
The best fuel we have bought, easy to light, very warm, lasts a long time, don't need to mend too often. Very happy with our purchase 😃.
Really good burn and throws out lots of heat. Very happy with it.
Delivered within a week, could do with updates but luckily we were in. Driver was pleasant. Coal burns well, prices competitive. Will order again.
Compared to other coals , this is far superior it gives more heat and last
Superb quality let it last night the heat was exceptional long-lasting. Delivery was a fantasy the driver was nice, but it on my drive. 10out of 10 for the drive.
First time using Murphy’s coal it burns well with little ash.
Usually go with House Fuel smokeless ovals but a pallet (ton) has gone up to £475 (incl del.). No discount codes knocking about so searched the net and discovered Murphy's! Price for a ton of glow therm, £411. Looked for reviews, found a couple that indicated heat and burn output ok so went for it! Didn't know del. charges until checking out and at £13, well reasonable! So a saving of fifty squids, well worth a punt! Delivered within five days and a bonus is the glow therm ovals come in 20kg bags (x50 - ton) whereas the house fuel ovals come in 25kg bags (x40 - ton), so a little more easier to handball the slightly lighter bags 'round the back! Heat output I'd say is a tiny fraction less than the house fuels, but seem to burn down over the same length of time. So all in all, unless you get the £40 discount off house fuels Murphy's glow therm is defo a decent alternative! Just make sure if in Engerland you go on the .co.uk site and not the .com site udderwise yee'll be tryin' t' order yer' coals from the Emerald Isle! Apols for the long winded review! Hope you weren't shivering in yer boots waiting to discover if it was a "yes" from me! Yours, in coaling, Dom
Great price and delivery, the driver was excellent. Thank you quite painless David.
From ordering to delivery, first class service. First time using this company, will definitely order from them again. Coal burn time, temperature is spot on 👍
Simple yo order and great Comms and delivery.
Good price ,excellent delivery service by courier With a powered pallet truck, very helpful. Well packaged ,too early in the year to test yet. Thank you in advance. Excellent.
Great customer service and fast delivery!
Not used yet. Service good.
Good reliable service, delivered well within time after ordering, have yet to start using but having opened a bag it appears to be just what I wanted.
Good coal good price helpful delivery man I would recommend x
Great price, took about a week to arrive. Good communication I asked about how dry the coal was and the guys were open and honest about the bags containing some moisture. When it arrived it was pretty good, reasonably dry, I've paid much more for much wetter coal. I'll defo buy again next year. Only slight downside courier didn't let me know they were coming, but dropped on my drive no problem..... Just had to handball a tonne of coal into the garage 🤣
Burns very welll
5 star
Excellent service, very good value for money delivered on ,pallet a well deserved 5 star rating will definitely buy again. Burns very well with good heat and little ash

I can’t believe it when I received it. I should’ve done this for years ago.
Very easy to order when contacting them came straight back and the guy who delivered the coal was also very good thank you will defo be ordering again
Good product fair price and quick delivery.
Fast and efficient delivery. Brought to stock up for winter. Great with communication
Despite some confusion with the carrier as to when my order would arrive, communications from Murphy’s were calm and helpful, the shipment arrived in reasonable time and the product was well wrapped. I never saw the delivery driver, but he too cheerily phoned to say he’d delivered. The coal itself burns well and is thoroughly satisfactory.
Very good price, very quick delivery of usually within 5 to 7 days, and excellent burning smokeless. {low ash content, 100% burning and easy lighting.
We absolutely love your service thank you very much. Looking forward to dealing with you again in the future Sean kelk
