Do I need an account to buy from Murphys Direct UK?
No, you do not need an account to buy.
Anyone can order from Murphys Direct UK. We deliver to residential addresses, provided the delivery location has suitable access and space for safe unloading. To ensure we deliver to your address just pop your postcode in in the check out cart so delivery costs can be confirmed to your location before finalizing payment.
Can I order by phone or email?
Yes - it is best to order by phone or online in order to make a secure payment. We do not recommend sending any card details via email.
How can I place an order?

What payment options do you provide?
You can pay via Credit/Debit Card. You can also pay via Bank Transfer however this can be a slower process. (Please contact us for more information).
Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?
To amend or cancel your order please get in contact with us immediately.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Please ensure you provide an accurate email address to obtain your order confirmation. You will receive a copy of this once checkout is completed. Please contact us if you do not receive it.
Where do you deliver?
We use a courier service who delivers nationwide in the UK.
To see if we deliver to your local and how much delivery is please fill in your postcode upon checkout and the total will be displayed.
Do you deliver across the UK and Northern Ireland?
Yes. Some areas maybe restricted as we do use a third party courier service. Please enter your postcode at the checkout to ensure we deliver to you area.
Is there a delivery charge?
Yes, we use an efficient, professional haulage service who a set price by postcode region. Enter your postcode in checkout to see shipping prices to your region.
How much does delivery cost?
As we use a third party courier service, we are charged per pallet on the delivery truck. The customer is charged per pallet. Depending on postcode delivery starts from £12. (Please note we do have an offer: FREE shipping when you buy Amberflame).
Do you offer free delivery?
Free delivery is offered when you purchase Amberflame.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is usually within 3-10 Working Days. (Please note delays may be expected during busy seasons). You will be notified by the courier before the delivery arrives. (Please ensure the correct contact number is provided as if the courier cannot reach you a re-delivery may have to be rescheduled and charges may apply).
What if I miss my delivery?
Please be aware the driver will contact you before delivery. If the driver should be unable to reach you delivery will have to be rescheduled. Please note you may be charged for this as per our Shipping Policy.
(It is important to ensure the correct contact number is provided as if the courier cannot reach you a re-delivery may have to be rescheduled and charges may apply).
Do you offer next-day or express delivery?
Please notify us early (AM) if you want faster delivery services. Our courier service does provide some options including Saturday service options but T's & C's may apply. Please note you must contact us before your order is placed so we can arrange this for you. Selected services will come with additional charges.

Our head office is open Monday-Friday 9-5. Please drop us an email out of hours. Online orders can be placed 24/7.
Do you have a showroom or collection point?
Due to safety reasons, we only provide delivery services.
