Superb quality let it last night the heat was exceptional long-lasting. Delivery was a fantasy the driver was nice, but it on my drive. 10out of 10 for the drive.
First time using Murphy’s coal it burns well with little ash.
Usually go with House Fuel smokeless ovals but a pallet (ton) has gone up to £475 (incl del.). No discount codes knocking about so searched the net and discovered Murphy's! Price for a ton of glow therm, £411. Looked for reviews, found a couple that indicated heat and burn output ok so went for it! Didn't know del. charges until checking out and at £13, well reasonable! So a saving of fifty squids, well worth a punt! Delivered within five days and a bonus is the glow therm ovals come in 20kg bags (x50 - ton) whereas the house fuel ovals come in 25kg bags (x40 - ton), so a little more easier to handball the slightly lighter bags 'round the back! Heat output I'd say is a tiny fraction less than the house fuels, but seem to burn down over the same length of time. So all in all, unless you get the £40 discount off house fuels Murphy's glow therm is defo a decent alternative! Just make sure if in Engerland you go on the .co.uk site and not the .com site udderwise yee'll be tryin' t' order yer' coals from the Emerald Isle! Apols for the long winded review! Great price, took about a week to arrive. Good communication I asked about how dry the coal was and the guys were open and honest about the bags containing some moisture. When it arrived it was pretty good, reasonably dry, I've paid much more for much wetter coal. I'll defo buy again next year. Only slight downside courier didn't let me know they were coming, but dropped on my drive no problem..... Just had to handball a tonne of coal into the garage 🤣

Despite some confusion with the carrier as to when my order would arrive, communications from Murphy’s were calm and helpful, the shipment arrived in reasonable time and the product was well wrapped. I never saw the delivery driver, but he too cheerily phoned to say he’d delivered. The coal itself burns well and is thoroughly satisfactory.
Very good price, very quick delivery of usually within 5 to 7 days, and excellent burning smokeless. {low ash content, 100% burning and easy lighting.

No ETA of day or time. ! Driver dropped palette at the end of the drive and said he had other times deliveries and drove off. Product is good quality and burns well, with similar amount of ash to more expensive smokeless products.

great product tried it out and burns well in our multi fuel fire. only comment would be a phone call or email 24 hours before delivery would have been helpful but a satisfied customer
The coal burns slowly, which is what we wanted. Delivery was prompt but the "shop" app which was supposed to update us on delivery does not seem to work.
Great product. Delivery info was non existent and turned up unannounced 14 days after ordering but luckily for us was not a problem, but would be for anyone working away from home in the daytime. Had the pleasure of receiving a part empty vape in my wrapped pallet? Smokeless coal nuggets bigger than usual, but burn great and generally happy with the product. Would definitely order again, but hopefully delivery info better next time
